Indiana Beach is a vacation destination, a paradise in your own backyard. With a variety of accommodation options, it's the perfect getaway no matter what your desires or budget. All guests staying at Indiana Beach accommodations receive free gate admission to the Boardwalk Funway (rides and Ideal Beach Waterpark are a separate charge). Guests of Boardwalk motel, the Beach House Inn, or our cottages receive exclusive use of our private pool, our swimming pool with sand beach and the Splash Bash. The Daily Weekday rate applies to Sunday through Thursday night stays and the Daily Weekend Rate is for Friday or Saturday night stay.
 The Beach House Inn
- Offers single rooms to spacious units within the park.
- Park gate admission, private pool, swimming pool with sand beach, and the Splash Bash are included with accommodations at the Beach House Inn.
- Located just off the Boardwalk Funway, the Beach House Inn's rooms offer comfortable bedding, maid service, and basic cable television. There are no phones in the rooms (or any Indiana Beach accommodations); however, a pay phone & Wi-Fi are available in the lobby.

 Boardwalk Motel

- Located just off the Boardwalk Funway, the Motel’s rooms offer comfortable bedding, maid service, and basic cable television. Rooms for six have a separate bedroom. There are no phones in the rooms (or any Indiana Beach accommodations); however, a pay phone & Wi-Fi are available in the nearby Beach House Inn lobby.

 Indiana Beach Cottages
- The cottages are designed to meet the vacation needs of the economy-minded family. Park gate admission, private pool, sand beach swimming pool and the Splash Bash are included with the Indiana Beach Cottages.
- All Indiana Beach Cottages are housekeeping units that have tile floors, bath with shower (tub when mentioned), refrigerator, stove, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, furniture, and pillows. All units have AC, basic cable television and a picnic table. There are no phones in the cottages (or any Indiana Beach accommodations); however, a pay phone & Wi-Fi are available in the Beach House Inn lobby.
- When planning your stay remember to bring along the following: Linens, pillow slips, blankets, towels and washcloths, paper products (this includes toilet paper), trash bags, cleaning supplies. The items listed above are not furnished in cottages. Other items you might wish to bring include: radio, fishing tackle, boat, life preservers, lawn chairs, grills, skillet, and toaster.
